AGROBIOGENICS TECHNOLOGY (ABT)
AGROBIOGENICS Technology (ABT) is a Zero-Waste Zero-Carbon Business-Model (ZW-ZC-BM), starting with Agriculture and all varieties of Plants/ Renewable Vegetation Resources (RVR)― including weeds, grasses, shrubs, water hyacinth, etc -converting them into:
✨️ Non-fossil Energy
✨️ Alternate Clean-Tech Engineered Products
✨️ Carbon Sunk Engineered Products (CSEP)
✨️ Bio-Fertilizer, and Bio-Water.
Each Ton of RVR converts into not less than Rs.150,000 in value and 1.5 T CARBON CREDITS (CC)
Various Vegetation Systems At Random
The Significance
ABT is the perfect answer to the Twin-Problems of GLOBAL WARMING & POVERTY (GWP)
The Outcome & Benefits
Alternative Energy. [To be used for in-situ manufacturing and for the community]
Alternate Engineered Products.
Bio-Petrochemicals.
Carbon Sunk Engineered Products (CSEP).
Bio-Fertilizer. [To be recycled, back to the Farm]
Bio-Water. [To be recycled, back to the Farm]
Full time sustainable Jobs to 2 locals, per Ha
Molded Crockery
Table & Other Products
Output Per Ton
Each Ton (T) of RVR can be converted into the following:
Energy (Heat + Electricity)―525 KWH (Units). [Utilized, fully, in-situ]
Engineered Products―160 Kg to 320 Kg
Bio-Petrochemicals―80 Kg to 100 Kg [We shall not manufacture these in the initial projects]
CSEP―800 Kg
Bio-Fertilizer―35 Kg. [To be recycled, back to the Farm]
Bio-Water―650 L. [To be recycled, back to the Farm]
Carbon Credits (CC)―1.244 T
The Village Company (VC) Module
Value Additions
Each Ton (T) of RVR can generate the following Value Additions:
Energy (Heat + Electricity)―720 KWH (Units). [Utilized, fully, in-situ]
Engineered Products―Average Rs. 80,000/-
Bio-Petrochemicals―[We shall not manufacture these in the initial projects]
CSEP―Rs.32,000
Bio-Fertilizer―35 Kg
Bio-Water―650 L
Carbon Credits (CC)―Rs.6,600
Total Value addition per T of RVR conversion = Rs.1,18,600/-
The Potential Per Ha
Potential per Ha in Kerala, Average:
Kerala state, having average 3.300 mm annual rainfall, can grow average RVR, to an extent of not less than 80 T per annum per Ha. It can range between 65 T to 150 T. Thus, the annual (average) value addition per Ha in Kerala can be Rs.95 L [in which the CC value, for 99.5 T = Rs.5.38 L]
The values are without any “price” for the food produce―to be offered, FREE, to the community.
Value offered to 2 jobs per Ha, total for 2= Rs.6.15 L [@ 6.5% of the total Value-Addition]
ZERO-WASTE ZERO-CARBON BUSINESS-MODEL (ZW-ZC-BM) & QUADRUPLE IMPACT DEVELOPMENT (QID) PARADIGM
The Projects, based on ABT would be ZW-ZC-BM, wherein neither anything would be wasted, nor would there be any Carbon emissions. In fact, we elicit/obtain CC, creating a Carbon Negative Business operation, a revolution claimed as unique.
It should be noted that, if the project works on the basis of RVR materials available in 400 Ha, the following would be the Socio-Techno-Economic-Environmental benefits:
Total Project Value-Addition would be Rs.304 Cr + 39,000 T CC [Total values = Rs.325 Cr].
Full-time jobs to 800 locals.
Their take-home moneys would be Rs.19.76 Cr. [Unit Labor will be Rs,2.47 L]
Social benefits for 300 to 400 bottom of pyramid families, with earning power of about Rs.5 L per annum, per family.
The purchasing power of the working class will improve their standard of living, and children can have better schooling/ education, as well as better health care + old age care.
Skill development would be an automatic impact, with new ideas/techniques and even new invention possibilities.
Many ancillary businesses/ industries and commercial activities would spring up, adding more value additions, and creating a new development paradigm.
The said development paradigm would be a QUADRUPLE IMPACT DEVELOPMENT
(QID)―Social, Technical, Economic and Environmental. [Socio-Techno-Economic-Environmental].
QID would usher in a revolutionary system that could transform into the development of thousands of Micro-Industrial units (each “circled” around 400 Ha of farmland).
Kerala state can set up such 400 Ha small units, to an extent of 7,200 units. These would be called VALUE-FARM MODULES MICRO-TOWNSHIPS (VFM-MT).
The main impacts for Kerala state would be:
(i) We envisage 7,200 VFM-MT in Kerala, creating a total value-addition of Rs.23.4 L Cr.
(ii) Total Jobs to local people = 57.6 L persons.
(iii) Power generation from all the units (independently produced, without fossil fuel or any grid power)―13,675 MW. [10% of these, 1,300 MW, would be available to the community].
(iv) Kerala State would be the front-runner for ZW-ZC-BM, and for creating world’s First QID arrangement at the ground level. There are over 130 Nations (apart from India) that need these QID systems.
(v) Migrations from Kerala would stop, and that too will reduce carbon footprint
(vi) Kerala State would generate CC value on the basis of a total of 26.08 Cr T [Value can be as much as Rs.1.52 L Cr]
Kerala state will show the way for simultaneously mitigating Global Warming and Poverty (GWP).

The Expected Cost:
The expected cost for implementation of the ABT Project in all rural villages along with townships in a district is Rs. Twenty Thousand Crores.
400 Vfm X Min. 50 Cr = Rs. 20,000 Cr.
